Very impressed with king room and superfriendly staff that nevertheless seems overwhelmed and unable to provide good service. Nice facilities and exceptionally comfortable beds.

Excellent staff and complimentary breakfast.
Stunning and amazing location in Pendleton, just next door to Pendleton airport, the in-house restaurant, and Oregon for a Funeral. Good bed, well-maintained and air-conditioned room. Wonderful view and a shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Everything was fine, so were splendid views of the mountains. Decent location in general, patient and helpful staff that nevertheless seems overwhelmed and unable to provide good service. It was good to be 1 km away from Lakeport Fish & chips, serving short-orders:)))

The King Room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. The hotel provided a 24-hour business center, indispensable for my work needs. I particularly appreciated the clean and well-maintained condition of the facilities around the premises.
The restaurant was closed , which limited dining options.

My granddaughter awoke around midnight with a bad earache. I called the frontdesk for advil, which they didn't have. The young lady on duty went across the street to the gas station and purchased advil for me. She delivered it to my room and refused payment as well as my tip. Red lion hotel in pendleton oregon should be proud to have an employee like she is.

Decent room, and the kind I wanted.
Booked online and said I did *not* want a disability accessible room, but that's what I got anyway. No microwave. No fridge. Asked for a room as high up as possible but got the 2nd floor, and it certainly wasn't very full (I'd say they were running around 30% - 40% capacity). No complimentary continental breakfast. Everybody else provides this. Apparently they want you to eat at their restaurant for an exhorbitant price. It would be nice to have a couple of electrical outlets available at the head of the bed to plug things in, like my CPAP machine. It would be nice to have a couple of USB ports available to plug into.

Great views and pet-friendly!
I really appreciated the picturesque views from my room and the generous grassy areas for walking my dog. The staff were cute and friendly. The lack of some basic amenities, like a functional refrigerator in my room, was a bit disappointing.

My stay was a bit mixed. I loved the large room and the beautiful view, but the dated decor and rustiness were not what I expected from the photos.
